Christensen Shipyards has announced the sale of a new all-FRP motor yacht, currently under construction and known as Hull 38.
Designed by the yard’s in-house design team, this yacht will have a length overall of 49.99m, a maximum beam of 8.99m and a draught of 2.44m.
Thanks to an internal volume of 580GT, Hull 38 will be able to accommodate up to 16 guests in six spacious cabins, including an owner’s suite with his-and-hers bathrooms located forward on the main deck and a full-beam VIP stateroom amidships on the lower deck.
Situated in the bow, the crew quarters will include four cabins with bunk beds and en-suite heads, a galley and a dinette; whilst the captain’s stateroom will be on the bridge deck, adjacent to the wheelhouse.
Among her amenities, Hull 38 will feature: a helipad, an outdoor lounge, a wet bar, a sunbathing area and a Jacuzzi on the sundeck; an alfresco dining area and a skylounge on the upper deck; and a large saloon on the main deck.
Powered by two MTU 12V 4000 M53 1,851bhp diesel engines, this superyacht will have a maximum speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and, thanks to a fuel capacity of 57,917 litres, a range of 4,000nm.
