Dutch shipyard Van der Valk has today announced that it will open a new and larger construction hall this spring.

The new production hall will allow Van der Valk to build motor yachts up to 40+ metres in length with up to three decks.

Construction of the facility has already started, with the steel framing of the structure completely finished. The shell of the new building – the roof and walls – will be completed by the end of the month.

This year, the yard will launch seven new vessels: three flybridge motor yachts of 18m, 23m and 27m respectively, two 26m raised pilothouse yachts, a 25m explorer yacht, and the first unit of its new 19m yacht model, the BeachClub 600.
