South African shipyard Southern Wind has announced the delivery of the second sailing yacht in its SW96 series, christened Seatius by her owner.
Launched in March, this 58.5t yacht has a length overall of 31.41m, a maximum beam of 6.95m and a draught of 3.40-5.50m.
Designed by Nauta Design in collaboration with Farr Yacht Design, which was responsible for the naval architecture, she features a sleek profile and a contemporary interior.
Sistership to Sorceress, Seatius can accommodate up to 6 guests in three spacious staterooms located amidships and forward on the lower deck: a large owner’s suite and two twin guest cabins.
Situated aft and adjacent to the engine room, which houses a Steyr SE286E40, the crew quarters include a double captain’s stateroom, a twin cabin with bunk beds, a galley and a dinette.
