On 18th February, Italian shipyard Rossinavi launched at its Pisa facility the superyacht Endeavour II, named after Captain Cook‘s historical research vessel HMS Endeavour.
49.90m long and 8.80m wide, this aluminium motor yacht features masculine exterior lines designed by Enrico Gobbi – Team For Design, interiors by Achille Salvagni, and naval architecture developed by Arrabito Naval Architects.
Endeavour II offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in five cabins, consisting of a full-beam owner’s suite with fold-down balcony located on the main deck, and two double and two twin staterooms on the lower deck.
This latter deck also includes a galley, a laundry, crew cabins for 8 members, and a gym situated aft; whilst the main deck also features a large living and dining area, a swimming pool on the aft deck, as well as space for two tenders on the foredeck.
The upper deck houses the wheelhouse and captain’s cabin, a spacious skylounge, a sheltered alfresco dining area, and a large sunbathing area.
Equipped with two CGT/Caterpillar C32 Acert 952ekW diesel-electric generator sets and Rolls Royce US 105 P9 CRP azimuth thrusters, Endeavour II has a maximum speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a remarkable range of 5,000nm.
