Moonen Shipyards has presented at the MYS a new explorer yacht concept, the 47.30m Navarino.
Designed by René van der Velden in collaboration with the yard’s in-house team of naval architects, this steel and aluminium yacht features sleek and elegant lines.
Navarino can accommodate up to 10 guests in five cabins: a spacious owner’s suite with private study located forward on the main deck, and four staterooms amidships on the lower deck. The crew quarters, situated in the bow, include four cabins with ensuite bathrooms and a laundry; whilst the captain’s cabin is on the main deck.
Among the amenities of the vessel are: a large swim platform and beach club; an alfresco lounge area and a saloon with floor-to-ceiling windows on the main deck; ample space for the stowage of tenders and toys on the foredeck; a skylounge and a forward seating area on the upper deck; and a Jacuzzi, a wet bar and extensive sunpads on the sundeck.
Powered by two Caterpillar C32 ACERT diesel engines, Navarino has a maximum speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and, thanks to a fuel capacity of 50,000 litres, a range of 4,500nm at 10 knots.
