JFA Yachts announces launch of a new 22.30m aluminium and glass epoxy sailing yacht

French shipyard JFA Yachts has announced the launch of a new sailing yacht, currently known as Project FC² 70’.

Designed by Finot-Conq, which was responsible for both the naval architecture and interior styling, this cruiser-racer has a length overall of 22.30m, a maximum beam of 6.28m and a draught of 2.05m-4.40m.

Built in aluminium and glass epoxy, she boats a displacement of 29 tons, an upwind sail area of 280m² and a downwind sail area of 456m².

Accommodation-wise, Project FC² 70’ includes a full-beam owner’s suite located forward of the saloon, two double guest staterooms situated aft of the engine room, which houses a Volvo Penta D4-180 132kW diesel engine, and a crew cabin in the bow.
