Design Unlimited has unveiled a new 46.80m trimaran concept, the MC155 – a collaboration between the British design studio, which created the modern interior of the vessel, Germán ‘Mani’ Frers, who was responsible for the exterior design and naval architecture, and McConaghy Boats.
The MC155 can accommodate up to eight guests in four staterooms, including a panoramic owner’s suite situated on the upper deck and furnished with a walk-in wardrobe and a private gym. Crew quarters for six are located on the lower deck.
Among the amenities of the yacht are: a spacious swim platform; a swimming pool, a sunbathing area, a wet bar, and a sheltered lounge area situated aft on the main deck; a large main saloon and dining area, spanning the 11.3m beam; a helipad on the upper deck; and two side tender garages on the lower deck.
The composite vessel has an estimated maximum speed of 24 knots and a cruising range of 2,500 nautical miles at 14 knots.
The MC155 will be built to LY3 and MLC regulations.
