Cantieri Navali di Chioggia has today announced the launch of the Ocean King 130’ motor yacht Genesia.
Sold by the Italian yard 20 months ago and designed by Studio Vallicelli Design, this steel explorer yacht has a length overall of 40.26m, a beam of 10.23m and a draught of 3.30m. Her displacement is approximately 700 tons.
She offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in four cabins, consisting of a large owner’s suite, a VIP stateroom and two guest cabins situated on the lower deck.
Crew quarters for nine are located forward on the main deck, whilst the captain’s cabin is on the bridge deck, adjacent to the wheelhouse. Aft on the upper deck, the vessel can accommodate an 8m tender and several toys.
Powered by two Cat C32 970kW diesel engines, Genesia has a maximum speed of 13.8 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots, and, thanks to a fuel capacity of 170,000 litres, an outstanding range of 7,500nm at 8 knots.
The yacht will be showcased at the Monaco Yacht Show 2017.
